Embedded Firmware
We design and develop Firmware/Software for Embedded Electronics products. We focus on using Agile methods to reduce redesign and redevelopment costs, while also keeping bugs to minimum. Collectively we have a decade of experience in writing optimized, readable, well documented Embedded C code.Over the course of few years we have developed reusable and easily portable stack for multiple modules. PCB Layout
Our PCB layouts are designed in Altium Designer Studio. We have developed a rich library of 3d models for most commonly used components.Improper component placement can lead to a horde of issues that affect functionality, durability, manufacturability, and serviceability of the PCB. Hence, we focus on best component placement practices that ensure less rejection if assembled on pick and place machines.
We also pay attention to digital vs analog signal routing and heat sinking capabilities of the PCB. Following is the list of our PCB design skills.

Front End Design and Development
With smarter Embedded Devices and IOT devices flooding the market, PC based Application has become the norm for these products. At stuffbits we develop such applications almost hand in hand with our Electronics products.We develop front end applications on Open source java platform. Application can communicate with Embedded devices on industry popular Modbus protocol or also on USB bus.
Almost all our products are delivered with in-house developed Calibration and Configuration tools to speed up production.
